Red Light Therapy
What Is Red Light
Red light (630–660 nm) is the warm, visible glow you see during your session. It's absorbed by the surface layers of your skin, where it stimulates collagen production, improves tone and texture, calms inflammation, and speeds healing. It's the reason red light therapy is so well known for skin health, scar reduction, and a brighter, healthier complexion.

What Is Near-Infrared
Near-infrared light (850–940 nm) is completely invisible to the eye — but it's often doing the deepest work. Because it penetrates far below the surface, it reaches muscle, joints, nerves, and deep tissue. This is what makes it powerful for chronic pain, stiffness, inflammation, and recovery. You won't see it working, but your body will feel the difference.
Why It Helps
Both wavelengths work at the cellular level, energizing the mitochondria — the tiny power plants inside your cells. When your cells produce more energy, your body repairs faster, inflammation drops, circulation improves, and tissue heals more efficiently. It's not masking symptoms; it's supporting your body's own ability to recover, from the inside out.
